New My Aged Care Fact Sheets

In response to the Training Needs Analysis project completed in 2017, the Department has developed a fact sheet for assessors and providers on:

  • who uses My Aged Care
  • their roles and responsibilities within the My Aged Care journey
  • system and processes.
