The Department of Health has developed a short video on how to request a support plan review for a client through the My Aged Care provider portal. The video provides guidance on:
- identifying when to request a review
- information to include in your review request
- checking the progress of current reviews
- viewing the history of completed reviews.
Providers are encouraged to view the new materials and share them with relevant staff in your organisations. This will ensure that best practice methods are followed and will improve your interactions with My Aged Care.
