Developing effective Goal Directed Care Plans (Brunswick – Thursday 29th August 2019 - 9.30am to 4.00pm)
This one day workshop is a great introduction, or refresher about goal setting and planning. We focus on the practical skills, tools and strategies that support you to work collaboratively with your clients to set meaningful goals and create useful care plans.
Goal setting and care planning - Q & A session (Webinar - Monday 12th August 2019 - 9am to 10.30am)
For the first time, we are offering a Q&A session with Kate. This 90 minute session will provide you with an opportunity to talk about whatever issues your facing with your goal setting and planning practice. While everyone is welcome, we suggest that this will be most relevant to people who have already completed GDCP training and want to explore specific questions and challenges.
Making the most of goal setting and planning (Webinar – Wednesday 7th August 2019 - 9.30am to 12.30pm)
This 3 hour workshop is designed for people that have already completed GDCP training and want to further refine and develop your skills. We will focus on answering some of the most common questions around how to introduce goal setting and planning to people, making sure goals are meaningful (and come from your client) and fine tune the way you document care plans.
Documenting care plans in group settings (Webinar – Thursday 15th August 2019 - 9.30am to 12.30pm)
This workshop focuses specifically on goal setting and care planning for people in group settings. We will focus on how to set individualised goals within group programs and create care plans that support clients, carers and staff work together effectively.
