Elizabeth Morgan House Aboriginal Women’s Service Inc (EMH) is the peak body in Victoria for Aboriginal Women and also a peak body responding to Family Violence. We are a proud non for profit community controlled organisation. EMH provides specialist Family Violence support to Aboriginal women and their children who are currently experiencing or have experienced Family Violence.

NDIS Engagement Officer - Sunbury Community Health

Employment type: Part Time (negotiable) Fixed Term Contract until December 2018

We are recruiting for a newly created NDIS position to join our skilled and supportive Child Development Team.

We are seeking an enthusiastic Grade 2 Occupational Therapist; Grade 2 Speech Pathologist; Early Childhood Teacher or a relevant Allied Health Clinician who has experience in working with children (0-12 years) with additional needs, their families and community service providers.

The position is specifically to engage with families as they enter our service, including provision of information regarding access to NDIS funding and service systems.

Knowledge and experience in family-centred and strengths based practice is essential.
