Service Engagement Supervisor

Salary $ 81,193.10 + Super + RDO

Reporting to the Coordinator Home Support, you will be responsible for leading a quality focused service engagement practice for residents seeking Aged & Disability services. Your experience in Aged & Disability, strategic thinking and team/service facilitation expertise will see you support staff to plan and deliver quality, customer centred Aged & Disability services to our residents.

Ideally qualified in a related Human Services or Management field, with strong service delivery team leadership, community services experience, and thorough understanding of the Commonwealth Home Support Program as well as working in a team environment is key to your success in this role.

Home Support Service Supervisor

City of Whittlesea

Permanent - Full Time

Salary $84473.50 PA + Super + RDO

This position sits within the Home Support Team and plays a key role in the delivery of Home Support services to people living within the City of Whittlesea.

The successful candidate will be required to lead and develop a team of 20 – 25 Home Support Workers, to work directly with clients, to achieve their goals and needs. This role requires extensive collaboration and interaction with various Aged and Disability Teams, and external networks.

Ideally, with a background in Age and Disability Services and people leadership, you will also bring a strong ability to work with a range of stakeholders, handle a busy workload, work effectively to deadlines, have strong customer service and collaboration skills, and work well under pressure.
